hla360 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the hla360 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hla360 platform through the official website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and any other guidelines issued by hla360 from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform. Continued use following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms in effect.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full hla360 service, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, active email address, and valid mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account — multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. hla360 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately through official channels. This platform is open to users aged 18 and above only.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an hla360 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation;
- Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of any systems, servers, or networks associated with hla360;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account;
- Using illegally obtained funds or engaging in any form of money laundering activity through the platform;
- Spreading false information, impersonating others, or engaging in any form of fraud;
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
Hla360 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the hla360 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are available via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other local bank transfers listed on the platform. hla360 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial service providers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the account holder name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals matches the name registered on their hla360 account. Any mismatch may result in delays in withdrawal processing or transaction rejection. hla360 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. Any disputes regarding transactions must be reported to the support team within 7 working days from the transaction date. hla360 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Hla360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any compensation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to the applicable withdrawal eligibility requirements. Funds tied to bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Amendments

Hla360 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error at all times. Our platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical disruptions, system errors, or transaction delays caused by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hla360 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, images, icons, and the software underlying the platform's operation — is the exclusive property of hla360 or parties that have granted it a licence for use. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from hla360.
Third-Party Links
The hla360 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. hla360 is not responsible for the policies, content, or privacy practices of such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant terms and privacy policies of any third party before using their services.
Amendments & Governing Law
Hla360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
